QUESTION. How do I qualify to become a Member?
ANSWER.
At this time, we are automatically approving each application, subject to Management Review (refer Terms of Use - accessible from our Home Page).
Members are automatically added to our Newsletter List so they ALWAYS receive EACH Newsletter
QUESTION. Why do you ask so many questions to become a Member?
ANSWER.
Only your email address and Known As are required fields (this is so the database records are kept unique).
The other fields are asked so that we can determine future site enhancements, for example,
maybe a large number read and write Chinese (so we should provide pages in Chinese also)
maybe there are many members in the 21-30 age range and the 60+ age range (each age range has different needs) so we should provide more articles directed at the interests of these age groups.
QUESTION. What is the difference between Member and Newsletter?
ANSWER.
Members automatically receive a Newsletter and other benefits.
Newsletters only receive Newsletter (and NO other benefits)
Newsletter is an email format advice usually sent each 4-6 weeks to all who have subscribed by our Opt-In forms.
Topics will vary from time to time so that we do not become boring and repetitive. Our aim is to have you eager to receive our Newsletters each month.

To remove from the Subscribe to the Email List
Always complete the UNSUBSCRIBE FIRST
Then complete the Newsletter List and SUBMIT – you will need to re-confirm the email that is sent to you.
QUESTION. What happens when I UNSUBSCRIBE?
ANSWER.
Your email address will be added to our UNSUBSCRIBE database together with the date and time of your UNSUBSCRIBE request.
At the same time, your details in our Database (Members or Newsletter) are deleted.
Prior to each mailing we check each entry in UNSUBSCRIBE to ensure it is not in the OUTGOING email list.
Often we find several entries in each database, and if we do, we try to determine the needs of the latest contact. Sometimes a person might UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel or change previously supplied information, then they want to re-join/re-apply again so that new updated data is supplied eg a Birthday changes the Age Range from 20’s to 30’s Age Range group.
Please always delete/unsubscribe first then JOIN AGAIN.
QUESTION. What if I UNSUBSCRIBED before yet still receive emails from you?
ANSWER.
Firstly we deeply apologize to you and ask you to click the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the end of the latest received email from us.
This action will ensure we get the very latest entry found in our database and helps us to accurately identify which record needs to be deleted.
We do NOT wish to email you if you no longer want to be contacted – it usually happens because of a typing error.
Your click will “… help us get it right”
If there is more than 1 email involved – please CLICK on EACH OF YOUR RECEIVED EMAILS THAT YOU WISH TO HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED.
QUESTION. Why did I get an error message after I pressed the SUBMIT button?
ANSWER.
This can happen if the SUBMIT button has been pressed more than 4 times(eg 4 names added – or the button got stuck for too long), however, you can be confident that the details were passed to the Database.
If the message said “Database LOCKED” or similar message – please try again and if still a problem, please use CONTACT US to inform us of the problem.
QUESTION. What happens after I press the SUBMIT button?
ANSWER.
After you press the SUBMIT button, your details are recorded in a databse (please refer our Privacy Policy – accessible on our Home Page).
In addition, in keeping with current Opt-In practices we have a third-party verify your request.
Your SUBMIT request is automatically handled by them and they send an email to you on our behalf, requesting you to CLICK to confirm your SUBMIT request.
Once you receive their email and click to confirm that you are officially an Opt-In Verified email address.
If you fail to respond to their email then your email address is unregistered and you will be left guessing whether it was you, a typo, or someone using your email address.
It is ALWAYS important to respond to these 3rd Party requests for confirmation of your submit.
QUESTION. When should I use the CONTACT US facility?
ANSWER.
We include CONTACT US to make it easy for you to contact us should you have a problem with our site and need an alternative way to advise us of an error.
Perhaps you are trying to place an order and there is a software problem, in which event Contact Us should be used to highlight the problem so we can fix it.
Naturally an Order needs to be correctly processed through the Order Screen so do NOT try to submit an Order in the Contact Us area as different people read the message – technical people are unable to process a sales Order.
QUESTION. Do I get immediate delivery when I pay?
ANSWER.
All software items sold on this site are processed as follows:
Step 1
You select the item you wish to buy and click on the ICON to Order and Pay now
Step2
You are directed to a SSL Certified site (eg. HTTPS:// ) where you are invoiced for the product
Step 3
You are able to select your method of payment eh Pay Pal or Credit Card
Step 4
Upon successful payment – you are taken/given a DOWNLOAD page where you click to IMMEDIATELY DOWNLOAD.
Step 5
In the unlikely event that you have a problem downloading you can complete the CONTACT US page giving full details of what you experienced and SPECIALLY make sure you include the transaction RECEIPT NUMBER as shown on the PAYMENT SCREEN as per the previous step(s).
QUESTION. Do I qualify for a refund if there is a problem?
ANSWER.
All sales are covered by a 90 day FULL REFUND Policy, (accessed from our Sales Agreement on the Home Page), so all you need to do is to use the CONTACT US form (also on the Home page) advising
- Date of Payment
- Amount Paid
- Transaction receipt number – MOST IMPORTANT
- Reason why the Product is unsuitable (very helpful to us)
- Request a refund (please state these words)
We will arrange your refund promptly and advise you of the refund details so your required refund account details and your contact email address details are most important to be provided by you.
If the Contact Us form does not permit you to submit all your required details – use 3 or 4 more submit forms.
